Yes, definitely! We offer a dedicated 100% plant-based Vegetarian Pho with fragrant vegetable broth, seasoned tofu and veggies with rice, vermicelli, or egg noodles, crispy vegetarian egg rolls, fresh tofu spring rolls, and tofu bánh mì.
How does "Build Your Own Pho" work? +
You choose 1, 2, or 3 meat toppings (such as rare steak, brisket, beef meatballs, soft tendon, or tripe). You pay only for the number of choices you select, without fixed special combo fees.
How is takeout packaged to stay fresh? +
We separate boiling hot broth into secure heat-resistant containers while packing noodles, herbs, and meats in a separate container. When you get home or to your desk, simply pour the hot broth over the noodles for the exact same restaurant-quality crunch and tenderness.
Are you open on Saturdays? +
No, our restaurant is closed on Saturdays so our family kitchen team can rest. We are happily open 6 days a week, Sunday through Friday, from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm.
